Termini e condizioni

Gli articoli non devono essere stati utilizzati, lavati o alterati e non devono presentare segni di utilizzo. Le superfici dei gioielli devono essere in perfette condizioni e non presentare segni di alcun tipo.
accessorio deve essere restituito insieme alla sua scatola originale, che è considerata a tutti gli effetti parte integrante del prodotto stesso e che non deve essere stata in alcun modo danneggiata e/o alterata, né utilizzata come unico imballaggio esterno; devono essere imballate correttamente, nello stesso modo in cui sono state ricevute.
I resi devono essere inviati preferibilmente all'interno della scatola di imballaggio neutra che deve essere ben sigillata con nastro adesivo. In mancanza della nostra scatola, è possibile utilizzare un altro imballaggio adeguato per la spedizione degli articoli.
Nel caso in cui il cliente riceva merce difettosa, o si verifichino errori nelle spedizioni da parte Montesi, il cliente è invitato a contattare immediatamente e-mail montesispedizioni@gmail.com. Montesi si riserva il diritto di richiedere prove fotografiche prima di autorizzare resi per merce difettosa e di sostenere le spese di spedizione per la restituzione della merce presso la propria sede.
I resi autorizzati devono essere spediti dallo stesso paese in cui è stato consegnato l'ordine originale.
Montesi si riserva inoltre il diritto di rifiutare resi non autorizzati o comunque non conformi a tutte le condizioni stabilite. In questi casi la merce verrà restituita al mittente all'indirizzo di spedizione originale con un addebito forfettario pari al 10% del valore della merce spedita.
Il diritto di recesso per i contratti conclusi sul sito web di Montesi è escluso ai sensi dell'art. 59 del Codice del Consumo relativo a:
la fornitura di beni sigillati che non si prestano a essere restituiti per motivi igienici o di tutela della salute e che sono stati aperti dopo la consegna.

Per tutti gli aspetti non specificatamente espressi, prevale la legislazione europea in materia di commercio a distanza.

Returns
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items can be returned and refunded within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

We do not ship orders on weekends. Any order placed after 3:00 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

We will not provide a replacement product without your explicit consent.

Your Montesi accessories have been carefully crafted in Italy and inspected before shipping. Due to the artisanal craftsmanship and the selection of unique materials, slight irregularities may be visible.

Return Instructions
The return shipment must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
To request return authorization, go to the My Account section; log in with your account credentials, or enter your email address and order number if you made the purchase as a guest.
In the Order History section, select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
Once the process is completed, fabiorusconi.com will send an email confirmation containing the Return Authorization Number (RAN), the shipping label, and instructions for returning the merchandise.
If Express Shipping and Free Return was selected, the return is free of charge. For standard shipping, the return cost will be deducted from the refund, up to €50 within the European Union and up to €100 for non-EU countries; additionally, any return customs duties will be deducted from the customer's refund. For intercontinental returns, the actual cost will be indicated on the return form.
Refund:
The refund will be processed as soon as the return arrives at Montesi’s warehouse and the items have been verified.

For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers within approximately 10 days and will appear on the next credit card statement. Processing times may vary slightly depending on the credit card-issuing bank.
For orders paid via PayPal or bank transfer, the amount will be refunded to the original account. The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase.
Any differences in the refund amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.
Any original shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.
Terms and Conditions:
Items must not have been used, washed, or altered and must not show signs of wear. The surfaces of the jewelry must be in perfect condition and free from any marks.
Accessories must be returned with their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product and must not be damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the sole outer packaging. They must be properly packed in the same way they were received.
Returns should preferably be sent in the neutral packaging box, securely sealed with adhesive tape. If our box is unavailable, another suitable packaging may be used for shipping the items.
If the customer receives defective goods or there are shipping errors by Montesi, the customer is requested to immediately contact montesispedizioni@gmail.com. Montesi reserves the right to request photographic proof before authorizing returns for defective goods and will cover the shipping costs for returning the merchandise to its headquarters.
Authorized returns must be shipped from the same country where the original order was delivered.
Montesi also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or those that do not comply with all stated conditions. In such cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address with a flat charge of 10% of the value of the returned goods.
The right of withdrawal for contracts concluded on Montesi’s website is excluded under Article 59 of the Consumer Code regarding:
The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic or health protection reasons and that have been opened after delivery.
For all aspects not expressly stated, European legislation on distance selling prevails.
